What Mietway provides

The service helps find rental listings in Hamburg matching your preferences and delivers notifications in Telegram. Mietway is not a landlord and does not enter rental agreements for you. Selecting a listing is a recommendation, not confirmation of availability or entitlement to a home.

Price and access

Current search and notifications are free. The planned future tier costs €22 per 30 days; the paid tier, payment mechanism and automatic charges are not enabled now. Final features, restrictions and payment, renewal and termination terms will be published separately before launch. Access to the free service does not create a payment obligation. AI Assistant is not available yet; its future terms do not describe a current service.

Your settings

You set your budget and other criteria and can change them, pause the search and choose quiet hours. If you use a draft enquiry, check that the information is accurate before sending it yourself. Do not use the service for spam, other people’s accounts or infringement of their rights.

Listings and availability

Information comes from external sources and may change or become outdated. Check conditions and contacts on the listing website. Platforms, Telegram and technical interruptions can affect incoming listings and delivery. No specific number of matches, instant delivery, accepted application or housing outcome is guaranteed.

Support and ending use

Email support@mietway.com for help with the bot. You may stop using the service at any time; contact support or hello@mietway.com to request account and data deletion. Blocking the bot or pausing stops the corresponding notifications but does not itself delete the saved profile.

Changes and statutory rights

Material changes to terms are communicated before they apply. Moving to a paid tier requires a separate user choice; new paid terms do not apply automatically. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Questions about terms and access can be sent to hello@mietway.com or support@mietway.com.
